Hi, I'm Danny Sheridan. Originally from Donegal in Ireland and now providing high-quality neuromuscular therapy and remedial and sports massage therapy in Brisbane, Australia. 

At Activate Sports Recovery, my mission is to deliver cutting-edge bodywork and a premium recovery experience, empowering high-performing athletes and everyday heroes to feel and perform at their absolute best

I use a range of soft tissue techniques including Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue massage, Positional Release, Scar Tissue Release and Active Isolated Stretching, Dry Needling, Myofascial Cupping also trained in Strapping and the use of the Rockblade.

I also utilise a revolutionary muscle activation technique called “Be Activated”  using muscle strength tests and Neurolymphatic points to help athletes perform at their optimal best. Which has recently got more popular with NBA and NFL teams.

Wayne Leo is a highly experienced therapist with over 15 years of expertise in Remedial Massage and Acupuncture, dedicated to helping clients recover, move better, and feel their best.  

Qualified in Acupunture from Endeavour College in Brisbane in 2014 with Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture). To complement his previous Diploma of Remedial Massage achived in 2008.

Treatments consist of skills from both disciplines. These include soft tissue techniques, cupping and acupuncture or any combination.

Wayne’s approach is focused on pain relief, injury recovery, and long-term well-being, making him a valuable addition to the Activate Recovery team.
